
California Air Resources Board - AB 32 handed the task of implementing California's greenhouse gas reduction goals to the California Air Resources Board. Like other regulatory proceedings, implementation of AB 32 entails numerous workshops and public hearings. The CalChamber is actively engaged in this process. Public Utilities Commission - The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) is playing a key role in developing the cap for the electricity sector. Although the commission in working with CARB under the umbrella of AB 32, it is also engaged in a number of workshops and rulemaking processes.
